During our parties, We often have to fused over what to provide for our guests at our parties.
Most of the times when we are "lazy" and want to save the hassel of cooking, we will resort to outsourcing it to a food caterer. We realized food catering would be ideal for big group parties of 20 pax.
For small group party of 10-15pax, often there are various restriction / limitation on food provided by food caterer mainly (to name a few)
1. Limited varieties
2. Have to commit order to at least 20 pax or more
3. Quality compromise at times
4. Plentiful leftover that we need to "finish" them the next few days
5. Most importantly, dishes are not as yummy.

After several dis-satisfied experiences with food caters, we decided to serve our guests "OUR" favourite hawker food and to our surprise, our guests LOVE them to bits.
During our parties, everyone is asking "Hey where did you get the Nasi Goreng Ikan Billis, it is so yummy." All of them thought we specially cooked it for them to savour. They were dumbfounded when we tell them they are from our favourite hawker stall in the east.
Since our introduction of buying hawker food from our favourite hawker stalls at our parties, we have had numerous requests from friends to help them buy the foods from our "sources" to serve to their guests at their parties..
